As Bishop Webb announced at the time of Clericus and Synod, the Lenten Clericus, will be held March 25 through 27, at the Genesis Spiritual Life Center (aka Genesis House), 53 Mill Street, Westfield, Massachusetts.Â
CALL TO CLERICUS
Clericus attendees may begin to check in after 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 25; we will need to have rooms cleaned, and vacated by 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 27.Â

This will be our first time back to Genesis House since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic nearly 5 years ago. As one might imagine, there have been several changes during that time: administrative changes at Genesis House; higher prices for the accommodations and room packages; new rental fees for meeting rooms and the Chapel; and more stringent sign-up, payment, and refund policies set by Genesis House, as follows:
Attendees MUST be signed up one month prior to the event. Attendee information must include name, phone, email, emergency contact, dietary restrictions and allergens (if any),; also room preference and accessibility of first floor / second floor rooms. Do note that two people sharing one room IS permitted, and as you will note with the price sheet, doing so will reduce the cost for attendees. Please indicate to me if you would be interested in room sharing, I will put out a separate message that we can all work from so as to coordinate that.
Final balance is required two weeks prior to the event date. So as to facilitate this, I will need to receive payments no later than March 8. Checks / money orders are to be made payable to DNE Clericus and mailed to me at: 23 Comstock Avenue, Ivoryton, CT 06442. If you are in need of financial assistance, please communicate privately with me.
No refunds will be provided by Genesis House after March 11. Likewise, no-shows at the event date are non-refundable due to amenities put in place. (There may be some allowance for a medical emergency, such will be handled on a case-by-case basis.)
